1. Introduction
These Terms govern your participation in Bhawna Angles Foundation’s Global Scholarship and Promoter Program.
By registering, making payments, or participating in any activity, you agree to these conditions.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must provide correct and verifiable information.
The minimum age to apply is 10 years.
Promoters must be 18 years or older.
False information or fake submissions may result in disqualification or legal action.
3. Registration & Fees
Each applicant must pay a registration fee equal to 8% of the total scholarship amount applied for.
The fee is non-refundable once the examination or verification process starts.
Payments are accepted globally via Razorpay and PayPal.
Promoter ID registration costs $100 USD (one-time).
4. Scholarship Selection
Selection is based purely on merit and exam performance.
The examination will be conducted online or offline under strict supervision.
80% of the awarded scholarship will be paid directly to the student’s registered institution.
20% will be credited to the selected student’s bank account.
5. Promoter Rewards
Promoters receive 2% of the total scholarship amount for each successful applicant registered using their Bhawna ID.
Commissions are processed after verification and successful scholarship payment.
Misuse or fraud through fake IDs or misleading promotions may lead to termination.
6. Refund Policy
Registration and Promoter fees are non-refundable, except in cases of double payment or technical errors.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, logos, and text on this site are owned by Bhawna Angles Foundation.
Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bhawna Angles Foundation is not responsible for any network failure, data loss, or payment gateway issues.
Selection decisions are final and cannot be challenged.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India (Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction).
