All applicants, from any country, are required to pay a one-time registration fee equal to 8% of their applied scholarship amount.

This ensures that the contribution is fair and proportional to the scholarship level applied for.

Example:

If a student applies for a scholarship worth ₹1,00,000 (or $1,126), the registration fee will be ₹8,000 (or $90).

This single fee covers the entire evaluation process, including document verification, testing, and interview assessments.

2. Purpose of the Fee

The 8% registration contribution:

Confirms the applicant’s seriousness and authenticity.

Supports the administration and technological infrastructure of the global evaluation system.

Helps maintain transparency and quality in our merit-based selection process.

Directly contributes to expanding our educational support to underprivileged and high-potential students worldwide.

3. No Hidden Charges

There are no hidden, recurring, or service charges.

Once registered, applicants can access all scholarship-related activities, updates, and support through our official portal and communication channels.

4. Refund Policy

As the registration fee is utilized immediately for verification, exam setup, and applicant processing, it is non-refundable once submitted.

In case of any transaction failure or duplicate payment, the issue will be reviewed and resolved by our finance team.
